Shuttles are available to take you to Washington D.C.'s and Baltimore's transit systems. From there, see our nation's historical landmarks in Washington, D.C. Go to Baltimore to see Fort McHenry, Harbor Place, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, the Babe Ruth Museum, National Aquarium and more. Take a trip to Annapolis, the gem of the Chesapeake and see the midshipmen at Annapolis, the Maryland State House, historic colonial homes and so much more.
KOA Activities
At the Capitol KOA Campground there is always something fun to do right at the campground. Throw some horseshoes, shoot some pool, challenge your kids to a game of badminton or ping-pong, and swim a few laps in the pool. Take a hike on the nature trail behind the campground to see the beautiful hardwoods and wildlife in the area. The kids will love our lollipop hunts and outdoor movies.  Plus there are special events scheduled almost every weekend all summer long.

Take off for an outing at any of the nearby attractions in Washington D.C., Baltimore and Annapolis. Capitol KOA is the closest campground to Six Flags Theme Park, and discount tickets are available at the campground.
